This is my personal blog. It contains all of my research regarding "Quality Foods & Farming". Currently I'm working on a quality beef production project -- which is a "trial & error" research on various local and indigenous beef breeds. Such as; Angus, Bhaag Nari, Hereford, Simmental, Kankrej, etc. My major focus is concentrate ration and feed efficiency in different breeds. Also, it is a great project to answer very frequently asked question "Why this breed?"
